Presentation of the project Ellinikon 4 of the Condo Buildings magazine
The annual magazine Condo Buildings included in this year’s edition the ELLINICON 4 residential complex, characterizing it, in this way, as one of the most interesting complexes which completed both of Greece and Cyprus in 2023.
The title which given to the presentation, Environmental integration, is absolute intertwined with the philosophy of the project and by extension of AXIACON.
The architects Athanasios Chochlidakis and Athanasios Kyratzis for the design of the project in the light of integration the environment into urban landscape.
Their goal was to create a “green” building that would restore to the courtyards aw well as on the envelop of the building the planting that they would deprive from the previous detached house.
The landscape architect Nicol Ridley with the design, the choice of plants and the presence of the water features managed to offer at the residents of the complex the feeling of an oasis in the city.
